Sylvia del Carmen Treviño Medina

Chemical and Systems Engineer, graduated from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESM), Campus Monterrey. Ms. Treviño, studied a Master in International Trade Administration at the University of Monterrey and the Postgraduate Diploma in International Trade from the Regiomontana University. She currently holds the position of Director of Government, Public and Institutional Relations of Honda of Mexico, SA de CV, exercising its representation before the three orders of Government, organizations, associations and industrial and automotive chambers; as well as the interrelation of the company with institutions of sustainable development, interinstitutional and business development. Ms. Treviño also exercises leadership in the evolution of the railway project Celaya, committed to the National Development Plan 2013-2018, contributing to the corresponding actions with the Government of the Republic, local governments and railway companies. Recently, she had an outstanding participation during the concluded negotiations for the modernization of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) - today USMCA.
