PlanetM Operations Manager
In her role, Amanda develops and nurtures relationships with key mobility stakeholders, including auto OEM's, suppliers, startups, academia, NGO's, municipalities and philanthropy. In addition, she develops grant programs to support the deployment of new mobility technologies and to make Michigan's testing sites more accessible for mobility startups. Amanda also oversees the PlanetM Landing Zone, a 100-desk collaborative workspace for global mobility startups, OEM's and suppliers.
Previously, Amanda was Vice President at NextEnergy, where she served on the senior leadership team, developed strategic partnerships, and led federal, state, philanthropic and industry funded programs to advance its mission of accelerating mobility technologies that transform the way energy is used for a more sustainable future. During her tenure, she served as director of marketing and communications, and program consultant to Next Energy, leading various efforts for the industry services and venture development teams from where she helped drive millions of dollars in a new investment in supplier diversification efforts.
Amanda holds a B.A from the James Madison College at Michigan State University.
