Miguel ELIZALDE

Chief Executive Officer / Presidente Ejecutivo, ANPACT

 Born in Hermosillo, Sonora, in 1973. He completed his professional studies at the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, where he obtained a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering in 1997. In 2001 he received a Master's degree in Public Administration from Syracuse University in New York.

In his professional career, he has worked in the private sector as a researcher, professor and consultant, while in the field of Public Administration, he has worked at both the State and Federal level, highlighting the General Directorate of Federal Transportation in the Ministry of Communications and Transportation.

Since 2012, Miguel Elizalde, has been at the head of the Asociación Nacional de Productores de Autobuses, Camiones y Tractocamiones, A.C., as Executive President, where he was also President of the Transportation Commission of the Confederation of Industrial Chambers, CONCAMIN, in 2017 and coordinator of the horizontal Transportation table in the Cuarto de Junto in the renegotiation of the T-MEC.

 Nace en Hermosillo, Sonora, en 1973. Realiza sus estudios profesionales en el Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, donde obtiene el título de Ingeniero Industrial y de Sistemas en 1997. En el 2001 se gradúa como Maestro en Administración Pública en la Universidad de Syracuse en Nueva York.

En su carrera profesional, se ha desempeñado en la iniciativa privada como investigador, profesor y consultor, mientras que en el ámbito de la Administración Pública, se ha desempeñado  tanto a nivel Estatal como a nivel Federal, destacando la Dirección General de Autotransporte Federal en la Secretaría de Comunicaciones y Transportes.

Desde 2012, Miguel Elizalde, se encuentra al frente de la Asociación Nacional de Productores de Autobuses, Camiones y Tractocamiones, A.C., como Presidente Ejecutivo, donde además fue Presidente de la Comisión de Transporte de la Confederación de Cámaras Industriales, CONCAMIN, en 2017 y coordinador de la mesa horizontal de Transporte en el Cuarto de Junto en la renegociación del T-MEC.
